Tuesday's plan

well, i'm home today so I hope to work  on my plan a little better today.  Like I said my goal is 4 lbs for Friday.  I want to clean/vacuum today, tryi out my new snow shoes going out of Pineland trails thurs, and want to go to liquid toneing class at 5:30 tonight.  paperwork, laundry.

Today's weight: 199.8     well the good thing is it didn't go up over the weekend.  lets see where I end up for Friday.

B:  2 coffee's, egg white wrap
L:  scallops wrap
S;  Jello And Popcorn
D:  salad with Ham and cheese, ff dressing
S:  ?

Sounds like fun....snowshoeing and water toning!  Wish I had the ambition for ANY exercise at this point!  I'm so tired of being in pain!  Oh well.....

B:  2c ff milk, jupiter sammie
S:  probably none....I'm just not feeling it today!
L:  if I'm home, it'll probably be a South Beach pizza
D:  ??
S:  only 8 or some light chips

Well, my interview went well.  We'll see if I get called for a second one, she said they had a lot of applicants.

PreB: ff milk and meds

Coffee

B: yogurt w/fiber twigs

S: chicken/brocolli cheese crustless quiche

L: protein shake
S: ? not sure probably nothing (yesterday was popcorn before dinner)

D: lasagna and a little salad.  Last night I ate so much salad I couldn't eat lasagna!

LNS: popcorn and cheese stick?

Gonna start doing the wii fit again today so that when I get cleared to exercise I will have worked my way back up a bit.  Can't wait to P90X!!!
