Rededicating myself to Exercise!
Like the title of my post says, I'm rededicating myself to exercise. I've gotten so far off track with it in the last couple of months and my weight loss has seriously stalled because of it (and the holidays, etc.) I signed up for the next session of kickboxing starting next Monday and I went to the exercise class sponsored by the bariatric center on Friday night. I would have gone to the gym this weekend but I was SO sore from Friday that I still can barely lift my arms over my head! But my gym bag is packed and I'm going to the gym after work tomorrow night. I hate going after work because it's so busy, but I have to do it. So friends, please help keep me accountable - apparently I need it. Have a great week everyone!
Me too!!!!! I hadn't gone since the end of September!!! I started up last week and went 4 days. I felt sooo much better!!! I need to remind myself that the next time I don't want to go! We must support each other. Maybe a text message or something would help??? Any input?

I just got the EA Sports Active for my Wii today. I am ready to get back at it again it has been too long since I have exercised with dedication. I owe it to myself to get back into it. My son has been putting me to shame he started last week doing wii fit plus and has been doing at least 30 mins everyday. I can't let him show me up lol.
A text message reminder is a great idea Tracy. I was good and did go to the gym tonight. Unfortunately I couldn't even get near a treadmill but I made do with the other machines. Not sure if I'm going to go tomorrow or not (bag is packed just in case). I'm still so sore from Friday's class and I tripped and fell on the sidewalk today and I have a feeling that I'm gonna be hurting tomorrow from that.

I go to Curves and work out 3 sometimes 4 days a week. But I need a change. So at work they are having a trainer come in and she has a "Boot Camp" class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first one was today and let me tell you! She kicked our butts!! So either the machines at Curves need to be adjusted (which they probably do!!) or my body is just getting used to the same old routine.
