Liquid Diet before sugery..

Hello!!!!

I am sorry that I have been AWOL.  I am great and the surgery was the best thing that I ever did for myself.  I occasionally have some difficulty, but every day was difficult when I weighed so much more.

I think that most of what I had on the liquid diet has been posted already so I won't repeat it all.  I will tell you that the only protein drink that I am still using is Click.  I was not happy with the other ones that I was using, they made me dread drinking them.  (no, I do not get paid to tell you this)

The first 3 days of the liquid diet are the most difficult, so just hand in there.
