The beginning of a really dedicated week.  starting today, I'm "Big Time" concentrating on my diet,  My goal is to drop 4 lbs.  that's gonna be tough, but I'll try my damndest to get back down.  scale went down a little today, so that is good.  was a terrible week, it didnt' move.

I would have had that looked at too. I've never seen anything like it.  I have a propane stove too, I love mine it's been on since 5:30. It's damn cold out!!

Going to my DD's for football, snacks, and dinner.  We were going to go ice fishing this am, but with our colds and it being five degrees we decided not to. Enjoy your day!

Kelly, i'm not a run to dr kind of gal, but after watching this spot for 5 months and it not changing, I decided i needed to go, and i'm glad i did.  I can't believe I haven't seen one person on the lake this morning, no snowmobiles or nothing.  they fisherman usually go by the highway and set their traps and sit in their car when its cold like this

I"m glad you had it looked at, you can't be too careful.  And if you love the sun as much as I do... I've made DH have two moles removed becuase he is out in the sun ALL the time and refuses to wear any sunscreen.
