I have my local peer to peer support group today.  Can't wait to see everybody even though it is frigid outside!  I can't seem to shake this cold, it has settled in mine and DH's chest and we sound like we are dying. I would say we have bronchitis.

PreB: too much FF milk (it's like crack to me)
Coffee
B: not sure, I think something light since I had so much milk
S: decaf at support group
L: ? not sure probably the turkey protein meatball I still haven't eaten w/NSA sauce and dreamfield's pasta
S: protein shake, probably click
D: Going to aunts, probably salad and steak
LNS: probably a few ****tails

Going to make lasagna today for tomoorrow. It tastes better after it sits. For the lasagna I use firm tofu in place of 1/2 the cheese, 2% mozzarella, skim ricotta, LF cottage cheese, egg whites, ground turkey and NSA sauce.  For the noodles I have whole grain lasagna noodles w/flax seed.  My DH doesn't even know the difference!

Good MOrning.  well I'm off to weigh****chers, havnt' been for a few weeks and the week I went wasnt' good either but I need to regroup and attend the meeting.  I know I'm up 2 or 3 lbs.  I know its aweful, but if I keep hiding and avoiding class it will only get worse.  so, I'm also going ot bed bath and Beyond to get some popsicle molds to make protein popsicles, that way I can make a batch and grab at will, instead of having to take that stupid blender out every time.  the recipe looks very simple:

water
fruit
yogurt
protein powder

Any variety can be made, i'm putting in fage yogurt 0%, and frozen peaches and strawberries, and fuzzy navel protein powder.
Have company tonight for big football games so im' also going to Shaws to get some healthy veggies for dip platter and snacks (going to make a huge natcho plate.
EDIT:  OH< NO, not 2 or 3 lbs. BUT 4.... OMG what the hell???
B:  Coffee
L:  ?

That happened to Tracy. Only her scale said she dropped one pound every time she got on it.  Imagine her dismay when she got new batteries??
