well, here we are again, at Friday, same weight, the before weekend,  not a good sign.  It usually means that Monday will be HIgher again.   : (

weight: 200.4 = same

B:  2 coffee
L:   salad, w/ham and cheese
D:  ?  will eat at xmas party, will try and pick something good there?
S:  ?   bringin MLM to xmas party, not sure what i'll pick up there?? : (

It's a constant stuggle, isn't it?   I'm right there with you!!!  I ate everything that wasn't nailed down yesterday....again!  Oh well...today is a new day!

S:  only 8 and some light potato chips..........haha!

 I'm so close to onederland that I've been really motivated lately.

B -  Protein in coffee
S- String cheese stick
L- 1/4 c tuna salad
S- greek yogurt
D- leftover ham and veggies
LNS because it's family movie night at our house - 1C popcorn with nutritional yeast

I hate work so much.  I'm glad it's Friday!  I forgot my breakfast...

PreB: ff milk
Coffee
B: string cheese

S: probably be can of tuna, that's all I have in my desk!

L: protein shake at home

D: ? not sure probably another Chicken tostada, I'm addicted!!

LNS: definately some vodka/diet cranberry juice and some almonds?
