weight unknown until I shower. I did well until dinner yesterday and then we got Chinese and I ate crap. Then overnight chocolate. I'm approaching the anniversary of my dad's passing and I know I'm comfort eating. I suppose being good until dinner is better than doing it all day.....gotta find the positive somewhere.
Food isn't really appealing to me today????? Huh? I skipped breakfast and morning snack. I had the one leftover crab rangoon for lunch at 11:30 and just now had 2 handfuls of almonds. I'll take it......keep drinking and see what the rest of the day brings.

It's tough, I don't give to my children that don't live at home. My oldest is almost 25 and my DD is almost 21. My son called around Christmas and I could tell he was hinting around that they didn't have money for the kids presents. But he didn't come out and ask and I didn't offer. I haven't heard from him since. They were trying to buy a house and it didn't pass inspection so they were waiting for the earnest money to come back. I buy him, his fiance, and her four kids presents, that's enough.
Good luck, I'm sure it's tough.
I am glad that its almost the weekend. I haven't liked going back to work as much as I thought I would...

L: turkey meatball w/NSA sauce and dreamfield's pasta (I had a tuna melt yesterda, my first real sandwich since surgery I did open face on an Arnold's sandwich thin)

L-Tuna Salad (Tuna, walnuts, celery, nutritional yeast) on 1/2 arnold's round
