some fresh fruit: bananas, strawberries, blueberries
protein bars (I like the Chocolite and Genisoy crunch....good protein to calorie ratios)
fresh veggies:  carrot sticks, celery, broccoli, etc
greek yogurt ( either mix it with italian seasoning/dressing mix as a dip for veggies or make it sweet to mix with fruit)
soy crisps

Your list looks pretty good to me!

Yep what you all said.  I also like to eat fruit leather (we'v talked about this before) and turkey jerky.  I like fat free greek yogurt mixed with splenda and dip fruit in it, takes soooo good.
