Monday, Monday, Monday
Snow days are bad for eating!! Munch, munch, munch. I even caught my little ones boredom munching, ugh.
Pre B: 20 oz Crystal light
B: Dannon light and fit yogurt
S: 15 oz tea
L: ??? need groceries!!
S:1/2 C cottage cheese and 1 serving thin triscuits
D: ??? whatever I buy at the store LOL!
Scale is ANGRY (again!). Glad to get back on a normal schedule!

OMG, I think I was getting a little too confident I hadn't really gainned anything over the Holiday's, yo yo, but pretty much maintainned, UNTIL THIS MORNING>>>> OMG so yes, MONDAY, it is. everyone is back to work and i'm trying to get this house back in order. and my diet too. I NEED to get down, no and if or butts... hehe (No pun intended) so here is today's plan:

I can't believe how much I ate today and i still have a few points left, If I loose weight on the scale tomorrow I will be amazed, when I dont' usually eat 1/3 of this and gain??? it's amazing how the quality is much better then the quantity.
B: 2 coffee, 2 egg white and chees
S: Yogurt w/granola (not going down good, ouch)
L: Veggie soup
S; wrap
D; Crock pot chic breast on Salad
S: Jello
Water Water Water and chop ice (55 mins/oh, my back) and boxing (1 min intervals x 10)

TODAY's Weight: 202 (OMG) I feel like such a pig, why can't I stop eating?
