well, yesterday as I just posted below was a flop, but I think what is happenning is after supper I go for some milk and it is killing me. I need to stop the milk. so for today I have big plans, first shoveling, strip my bed, clean my room, and put away all CHristmas stuff, take down tree, keep fire going, do laundry, paperwork, fax weekly paperwork, do some boxing again. clean kitchen. so happy tomorrow is Monday and everyone goes back to work, my house needs some TLC bad. FOOD PLAN:

B: Coffee, yogurt
L: Protein shake
S: Jello
D: BLT (turkey bacon, wrap)

I am terrible in the evenings. I do well all day and then it all goes to hell! I go back to work tomorrow and that will give me a reason to get to bed earlier. THat will help.

Good morning. Today is a Christmas present day. DD and GF gave me a class in wire wrapping stones and gems today. I have taken the day off from being church pianist to do this class with DD's GF. The lady teaching the class makes amazing pieces.
Today's food plan is kind of a guess at this point. I'll pack my crystal light some protein powder and see what happens at class. It's from 10-1. I'm guessing lunch is when I get home afterwards.
