I've said this before and going to say it again....if dieting won't work then going to kick up my exercise. working on 4 x a week. today shoveling and boxing (new boxing bag) back to counting point s(WW) and water. eating plan:

L: small salad and whole wheat fahita roll ups,
D: Salad w/ meat and cheese, fat free dressing
S: Popcorn & Jello
