I've said this before and going to say it again....if dieting won't work then going to kick up my exercise.  working on 4 x a week.  today shoveling and boxing (new boxing bag)  back to counting point s(WW) and water.  eating plan:

B:  Coffee
L:  small salad and whole wheat fahita roll ups,
D:  Salad w/ meat and cheese, fat free dressing
S:  Popcorn & Jello

It's almost 10 and I am just now having my milk.  It's gonna be one of THOSE days!

Good for you for sticking with your plan!  How are your fluids?  When I increase them, that always seems to help when I'm trying to break a stall.

I can't wait to start to exercise again!  I can't lose weight without it.

D: leftover ham and peas
LNS: not sure, will be out plowing with DH

Since I am going to be out plowing tonight I hope that will help with my snacking and drinking!

I hear ya on the dumping Kelly.  I really wish I would dump too.  While it is nice to indulge occasionally, I find I'm not as diligent as I should be.  Now it's about self control, but I'm working on it.

oh, no not a good day,  I was bored all day and ate ate ate, till I went to bed, I also had alot of milk which gives me terrible gas pains,  just wipeing today from the slate.   I did drink my water and get in exercise tho???
