I don't get it.  I have people telling me how awesome I look and how I keep loosing weight and I'm like??? yup? I dont know what to say.  I feel like such a failure, yet I feel great, my clothes is fitting awesome. size is dropping??? I feel like I look good, yet, YUP the scale say's something different.  and NO, its not exercise and dropping in inches, cause as many of you all know I SUCK at exercising.  well, just wanted to share with all of you who are struggling, and I speak from the heart when I say NEVER GIVE UP.  As all my old friends here on OH know I have been her a LONG TIME, and i've fought this tooth and nail and EVery Monday, I'm back on track.  so If you think its not working, keep up the faith.  it might not happen within 8 months, it might take 3 years.  I'm willing to Wait.  Best of Luck to all you wonderful people and Let 2010 be the year.

Take the smaller sizes!  Believe in yourself! Maybe your scale isn't changing, but your body is!  You DO look great!  I know you have struggled, but you continue to fight the good fight!  I am SOOOO proud of you for that!  Never give up!  You can do this and reach your goals!  You amaze me ALL the time....you get down, discouraged, struggle, but you share it, support ALL of us and then your regroup and keep going!  THOSE are the signs of a successful person!  Keep going!  I am SOOO proud of you!  Enjoy those smaller sizes!  You deserve all good things!

Yep, that has happened to me.  I haven't lost any real weigh for a few months but I've gone from a size 18W to a real 16. I think it has to do with making muscle and losing fat.

20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

I was thinking the same thing. Loosing fat and gaining lean muscle mass.

It would be interesting for you to have your weight checked on one of those scales which measured fat and lean mass. I bet you'd find that even though the weight has pretty much stayed the same your body composition has changed.
