I ran 1.5 miles today! it took me 17 min but i did it !!!!! it feels so good 4 months ago it wore me out to walk up the stairs and today i am down 83 pounds and i ran a freaken mile and a half!
good for you, that is great. I try to run and am still way to fat, got more boobs and fat flappin I dont' want them hanging any more. ouch, and my left knee keep hyperextending. keep it up, you should check out a 5 k for the spring.
