Wednesday Blast !!!!

Good MOrning everyone.  I had an OK day yesterday,  could have done better, sat in front of the fire all day.  did shovel for about 30 mins.  but froze all day. my eating was good but had some drinks. ???   today:  made fire, brrr, coffee, yumm, will wake up MLM around 9:30 and head out for water class and plan on doing laps and weights with him.  I want to get some of those water weights for the hot tub, I have a bad neck and those weights are great, I feel the burn and sore after but dont affect me like the real weights.  I do alot of kicking work too, to get my legs in shape, I miss my walking and am worried about getting in shape for that 5 k in March.  My SIL is kicking Ass, walking 5 miles and doing a jillian dvd.  she is gonna kill me. lol  oh, well, I feel i can finish ok, just not run it like she probably will. (or can)  I think she will stay at my pace.  so today's food plan:

B:  Coffee
L:   Popcorn
S:  popcorn & Jello
D:  Chicken w/salad

I did ok, considering I met a man I used to work with years ago and he wouldn't shut up.  I did about 40 mins. o f kicking, maybe 10 laps, (so many people in the way, damn school vacation), and did water weights.  damn cold and sitting in front of fire is killing me with a cold drink tho???

You're doing great in the exercise dept!  How's the water?

This AM we are heading to a hotel to do some swimming and then back to our place to visit with our company.  We'll probably head out to lunch and I'll try to be good!!  Dinner is not planned yet, depends on lunch.

OMG, the water in the pool is so awesome/warm it is a theraputic pool so they keep the temp up.  I LOVE IT> lol  I am not doing great in the exercise department, I need to spend more time doing it.  I'm too lazy and do only 30 mins on a good day. hehe  need to bump it up, will add some next week when mlm goes back to work.  I hate doing exercise when someone is watching me.

I wish we had a pool around my area that was warm and the classes weren't at 6:00 in the AM!!

You are doing great with the swimming and stuff!  I have no motivation and haven't walked in ages or gone to the gym, for that matter!   This pain is killing me in the exercise dept!  My weight is creeping up because of it too....that, and all the freaking holiday sweets around here!  haha

Today, dh and I are going to get groceries, I am taking the kids ice skating this afternoon and then dh and I are going to see a movie (Sherlock Holmes.....Robert Downey Jr is a hottie!  haha)

D:  ??  will be late because of the movie

Took down Christmas today, I was so sad.... 

PreB: FF milk

B: scr egg white w/2% cheese and 1/2 an english muffin

L: chili (didn't get to it yesterday)

D: ? guess I better figure that out!
S: everything in the house!  last night I ate candy, yes goddamn candy!!  Oh, and cheese, and crackers, and.....  Gotta get this junk out of the house!!

Hi everyone!

Brrr!  It's cold outside.  I'm taking my oldest son and 2 of his friends bowling today.  I hopefully will get some exercise in there.  I will do biggest loser on Wii later.
