MONDAYYYYY !!! BACK on Plan
I"m going to do this, I am determined to drop some weight. not only for my trip in March but for my yearly followup w/ Dr. so far this year, I havn't lost a lb. wow !! Not too excited, actualy pretty scared.
Over slept this morning so missed am swim class, but they have one at 2:30. I want to get in 3 classes this week. Liquid toning tomorrow, and open swim on Wed. have NY party on Thurs and celebrate Christmas with my mom and Dad on Friday. Damn food.... anyway, today's plan:
B: 2 Coffee, water
L: protein shake
D: salad w/ chicken
S: popcorn and Jello
EDIT: well, I saw on the gym schedule that the class I was going to go to at 9:00am was an ongoing class till noon, so I woke up MLM and we ran to make it and it was great, did laps, kicking, and water weights, alternated for 40 mins. I did good. did a few groceries, working on laundry and cooking some suppah...

You can do it!! Getting slightly back on track yesterday I was down 4 pounds this AM!! Hello water weight! Yikes. Not much planned today (no kids!!!!)

S: 1C no fat ice cream (BAD choice)
L: salad and ???
S: fruit salad
D: ?????????
well lunch ended up being a few handful of almonds and then mom brought the kids back with munchkins and choc frosted sugar cookies....argh.....soooo, yea, had more than my share of sweets. FOr dinner I made pasta and salad for everyone else but stuck to the salad w/light dressing and some left over pot roast chopped on top. I'm hoping to avoid the snacking for the evening. Another half hour and I'll work on finishing my water for the day.

Oh yeah....definitely time to get back on the plan! I am at the highest weight I've been at since I started "maintaining"!!! I'm NOT liking this!

L: slice of turkey and 10 m&m's (I can't wait until this crap is GONE!!!!)

HOLD ON! Trip? What Trip?? I think I missed the details on that one!! As for dropping the weight, I know you can do it!! I am still considering going to WW, I get on the scale every morning and it is 196.5 or 197.5. I am fearing that I will see that 2 again in front of the 2 digits and I told myself I would never go there again!!
Kathy, do it NOW... dont ' wait till the scale goes up more and more, set yourself a target and don't go over it, I think weighing in every week helps. but I must admit, i've been bad this last few weeks. you've come way too far to let it all slip away. we're going to floriday in March and i'm doing a 5k. i need to get in shape my sister in law is walking/running daily, she is going to kill me. hehe
yes, 5k in florida, and MLM is comeing too first time he flies. we are going for 10 days. my sister in law is working 1/2 the time we're there and will be leaving us their car so we can come and go and do stuff they see all the time. MLM will have a ball. she has lost weight and had her boobs and tt done and we've always competed on weight loss. so I really need to get going. she has done sooo well, has come a LONG WAY and looks great. her boobs were HUGE< like HUGE, did I say Freakin big??? I talked her into it, and she said it was what made her life change. she couldnt' walk, was so uncomfortable. but now she is addicted to Plastic Surgery, wants everything done. she actually runs a little now.
