Good Morning everyone.  I wanted to tell you about yesterday.  I wanted to keep busy and do stuff cause I knew today was a sit down boring day (with DH and football)  so i brought mlm swimming and there were these water weights which were just styrofome.  OMG,  I was showing MLM curls and different arm exercise and after about 10 mins, (UNderwater) today my arms are killing me. haha,  I will def. do that again, when we go swimming.  My plan is to go 3 times a week.  then after we did that we went out to eat dinner.  I didnt' make a great choice but did do liquids the whole day so the qiasadilla (sp) could have been worse.  it was a veggie one with too much cheese, but HOLY COW it was good.    then we went to the movies to see the Blind Side (sandra Bullock)  it was a great movie.  got home after 9:00 and hit the sack.  so today, I have no plans other then paperwork, laundry, making a veggie soup. and put some xmas decorations away, not tree yet tho I love having the lights on.  so here is my food plan:

B:  2 coffee's,
L:  chili w/a few oz sharp cheese, (damn left overs) water
S;  Almonds, popcorn
D:  3 chicken drumsticks
S:  Jello surprise

I used to take water aerobics and can attest to those weights, it's amazing how they work so well.  Today my mom is coming up and I think we are going to take the kids bowling (was supposed to be tubing but not in the rain :( )  After that DP and I are working on setting up the new TV while the kids are away with Grammy.

Liquids today for me, I need it weight wise, bloat wise and b/c I got stuck (HARD) at dinner last night.  I'm soooo bloated today my rings don't even fit and that's crazy for me.

i know what you mean, my rings usually spin on me, and yesterday I coudlnt' even take them off.  I took an exlax, and my water (BP) med and feel a little better today.  (LITTLE)  good luck

Doing OK.  I had a shake for breakfast and we went to Wendys after bowling and I got a small chili and didn't even fini****  I did have a little chocolate while trying to set up the new TV but not horrible.  WAY better than I have been at least.  I'm not sure if I'll manage liquids for dinner, the kids are away and we're thinking of going to dinner for a date.  We'll see.

well we went out and didn't do TOO bad.  We split this BBQ pork quesadilla appetizer and then split a meal; sirloin tips, carrots and wild rice.  I ate about 4 oz of sirloin, maybe 8 carrot coins and a few bites of rice and called it quits.  What I should have done was skip the higher cal app but it was soooo tasty.  Oh well.  In terms of the whole day it doesn't look too bad and I even got in a short walk after dinner.  I just took my water (BP) pill b/c I think I forgot again this AM so here's to hoping it flushes the system.  Maybe some tea will help too.

Well, we decided to go to the Mall with our girls today, then DH says to me... If I give you a couple hundred dollars can I stay home?  Well, duh....  Who needs him tagging along. I think I am in love with Kohls... Now that I can fit in "regular" sizes there is so much to choose from and I have vowed to never sit foot in Lane Bryant again!!

Pre B: FF Milk
Coffee
B: more FF milk (ran out this am) and a wake up wrap
S: protein shake
L: mexican chopped salad and some black beans and a few chips/salsa
D: leftover mexican food more black bean a little rice and some chicken taco
LNS: probably some almonds or popcorn

Well, I did better today than I've done the past few days, but still LOTS of room for improvement!

B:  2 c ff milk, 3/4c life cereal....made me feel REALLY yucky all through Church
S:  2 mini reeses cups and a piece of fudge.......
L:  slice of turkey and roast beef lunch meat
D: stir fry
S:  light lay's chips and UHOH......some cookie dough!  NOT good!  I'll be regretting that in a while, I'm sure!  

I'm on vacation this week, so it'll be interesting to see if I can keep the eats under control!  Wish me luck!  haha
