Twas the day after Christmas- Whatcha eatin?
Yesterday was WAY off track. Recommitting this morning.
AM- coffee w/ creamer and splenda
B- fage yogurt w/ 1/4 cup bran buds, 1/2 banana
s- 8 oz skim milk
L- 2 oz turkey breast, carrots
s- yogurt and raspberries
D- ??

B- Coffee with Protein
S- Forgot... How could I forget?
L- Leftovers -- 2 oz of ham, 1 tbs of potato (didn't finish), 1 tbs of peas, 1 tbs of sweet potatoes (didn't finish either)
S- Nectar Carribean cooler protein (to make up for the fact I forgot my morning snack and didn't get in the protein)
D-- I think it's just going to be something simple. Maybe a ham sandwich on half an arnold's sandwich flat with a pickle.
