Twas the day after Christmas- Whatcha eatin?

Yesterday was WAY off track. Recommitting this morning.

AM- coffee w/ creamer and splenda

B- fage yogurt w/ 1/4 cup bran buds, 1/2 banana
s- 8 oz skim milk
L- 2 oz turkey breast, carrots
s- yogurt and raspberries
D- ??

L:  pop corn and fire ball
D:  ****tail (its liquid)???
S:  movie popcorn

64 oz. Water
30 mins. swimming/kicking in pool and water weights, soo cool.

We did our tree this morning. 

So far:

2 cups FF milk
2 coffees
crabmeat/spinach quiche (sans the crust of course)
L: protein shake in my new bullet!
D: leftovers from Christmas dinner, pork, squash, and green beans.
LNS: probably a decaf coffee


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

L: left over pork pie
D:  ??
Heading out to see Bob Marley tonight, so I'm gonna try to behave the rest of the day!  Good luck everyone!

 B- Coffee with Protein

S-  Forgot...  How could I forget?

L-  Leftovers -- 2 oz of ham, 1 tbs of potato (didn't finish), 1 tbs of peas, 1 tbs of sweet potatoes (didn't finish either)

S- Nectar Carribean cooler protein (to make up for the fact I forgot my morning snack and didn't get in the protein)

D-- I think it's just going to be something simple.  Maybe a ham sandwich on half an arnold's sandwich flat with a pickle.
