OMG, won't go into details, but lets just say I lost count of how many pieces of Pie I had.  not counting chips, M&M's...  so doing liquids today, bringing mLM swimming at noon.  will try to get in some laps depending on how full the pool is.  it is open swimming and not lap swimming but I just need to do something.  I am re-committing today with all.  getting in my water, and starting on exercise.  my Goal is 3 times but will shoot for 5.  not stressing about the 5.  I need to get down into the 180's (Even 189) for March.  should be weighing in at WW today, But that ain't happending.  so my goal this week is to get down to low weight by Friday, and I know its going to be tough after this week's behavior.  DO any of you need to re commit too??  oh, BTW, I DIDNT' GET ON THE SCALE FOR LIKE 3 DAYS.  I will tomorrow after my day of liquids.  I'm affraid

I now know how healthy and good I feel when I follow I normal food plan. Yesterday was a disaster, food wise and I felt not right.
Christmas is over, I gave away most of the treats I baked. THe rest of the family and guests will finish off the remaining stuff at my house.
For me it's back to: protein first, veggies and fruits. And water, water, water- I didn't get in enough yesterday.

Yep, I agree. I have eaten terrible (most days, not all) for over a week.  I sure wish I had never tested the dumping grounds as I found out I do not dump.  Yesterday I did okay, except one piece of pie, a few pieces of candy and way too many ****tails.  I went to bed with a house full. I had gotten up at 3:30 and started cooking and the only time I sat down all day was when I ate dinner and breakfast.  I was exhausted and slept for 10 1/2 hours!

For me, today I am back to protein first, cut down on the carbs and get more water in!

OPPS, I got on the scale before my shower, this was after 2 coffee's and 23 oz of water but the scale was up 3 lb.s in just a few days...

Been bad around here too!  I KNEW better, but I STILL wanted some of that good stuff!  Had cookies, fudge, a little bit of this, a little bit of that!  I did get my protein in, but TONS of calories too!  I am only up 1/2 a pound since yesterday, but I KNOW it' will go higher as the weekend progresses.  Trying to do better today, but it's hard with all the extra food in the house!  I'll get it together soon though!  I agree with Emily...I feel SO much better when I eat right!  MUST. GET. BACK. ON TRACK!!!!!

haha, i'm determined to get rid of all the crap.  MLM just got up and I gave him 2 finger rolls for breakfast.  lol  I dumped out  2 containners of dip, got a whole apple pie left chips and m&m's are gone.  froze left over sauce from meatballs,  we are going out for supper, so my intentions are good, plus movies?????  I might skip the meal so I can have popcorn.... we'll see  refrig is looking better and emptied out, had 2 sinks full of crock pots and dishes.

Add me to the recommit bandwagon.  This last week I just haven't been able to - or haven't wanted to - control myself.  However, I've been better the last day or two and the scale is heading back down.  I actually went to the Bariatric Center on Thursday morning to get weighed and give myself a reality check.  It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but could have been better.  So now that the stress of the holidays is mostly over, I should be much better and more controlled.  Tomorrow I'm still making the homemade egg rolls, so we'll see how that goes.  Hope everyone has a good weekend!
