RE-COMMIT
Christmas is over, I gave away most of the treats I baked. THe rest of the family and guests will finish off the remaining stuff at my house.
For me it's back to: protein first, veggies and fruits. And water, water, water- I didn't get in enough yesterday.
Yup- re-commiting to my food plan.

For me, today I am back to protein first, cut down on the carbs and get more water in!
Add me to the recommit bandwagon. This last week I just haven't been able to - or haven't wanted to - control myself. However, I've been better the last day or two and the scale is heading back down. I actually went to the Bariatric Center on Thursday morning to get weighed and give myself a reality check. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but could have been better. So now that the stress of the holidays is mostly over, I should be much better and more controlled. Tomorrow I'm still making the homemade egg rolls, so we'll see how that goes. Hope everyone has a good weekend!
