T'was The Night Before Christmas
T'was the night before Christmas
And all through the house
All the goodies were staring at us in the mouth
All the scales were lined up
By the chimney with care
In hopes that weight loss soon would be there.
When outside the windows
There arose such a clatter
We throw back the sash
To see what's the matter
What before our wondering eyes
It was Santa and 8 tiny raindeer up in the sky
Serving up willpower on a nice platter
No cookies, no cakes
Just measuring tapes
To keep us in check
Exercise gear placed on the deck.
So don't just sit there on the couch
Get up and move
And be good to your pouch.
In the end we'll be nice and light
Merry Christmas to all
And to all a good night.
