Holiday week goals

I know it will just be a crazy week to try to stick to diets, and busy and cold so going out to exercise slim to none. (for me anyway)  so my goal today is to journal my foods and drink my 64 oz of water.  I also need to shop and stock up on good snack foods so I have good choices when I'm challenged.  Is there anything you guys plan on doing to make it thru these tough few weeks?

OK, I just measured how much my big coffee mug actually holds and I've aleady gotten in 30 oz of water in my tea!  YAY!!!

is your tea decaf??  I hope so, if not, you have to drink extra amount of water to make up for it.  Caffiene bad and tea has more caffiene than coffee.

I am planning on going out delivering goodies to my DH's customers today and get all this junk food OUT OF MY HOUSE!!  I don't need cookies, or pumpkin bread with butter on it, really I don't. I am still up three pounds from misbehaving this past weekend, and I can't exercise until January 26th, which sucks.

So, I am up for the water challenge.  I am going to work on getting 64 oz. in every day and that will be a big goal for me.

For me, it's going to be a combo of drinking all the water I should be and not going completely apesh*t over the bounty of food and sweets that will be suddenly in my line of vision.  I start my pre-op liquid diet on January 1st (new year, new me!), so I know I'm going to be fighting off the whole "last hurrah" idea.

Good luck, I think I lived the "last supper syndrome" for months before my liquid diet and put on ten pounds.  Luckily I lost 20 during the liquid diet.

Wow.  Good for you!  I've been mixing eating stuff that I won't be eating again for a long while (if ever) with trying to transition myself over to the liquid diet by doing one meal a day as a protein shake, etc.  It's balanced out fairly decently, though I did put a couple of pounds back on by eating crap the last week or two over finals (which are now done, thank god!).  I'm hoping for redemption during the liquid diet.  ;)
