OK, I've got 44oz of water in so far and it's 10:30!!  Thanks for pushing me!

I just ate for the first time today and had

2 multigrain wasa crackers
1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese

thoughts??

I LOVE cottage cheese but only with crackers so I looked for the healthiest option there was.  Any better suggestions?  So now an hour and then more water.

I think that is a great choice.  I dont do CC but wish I did.  good job on the water too... I knew you could do it.  we all can,  "LITTLE STEPS".....  dont overwhelm yourself with too many steps all at once.  these steps will help you in the futur to make better choices.  I reward myself If I want something bad, I have to first do something good.  ie: water, walk, wash bathroom  haha  you have a great day and bug the **** out of me anytime

Up to 58 oz and contemplating what to have for lunch.  Hmmm.......craving my normal hamburger no bun so may just have that and maybe a small salad (lettuce and lt dressing).  The mini candy canes are starting to talk to me from the kitchen though........LOL.

do you have any sweet snacks available that are healthier for you?  Jello, yogurt, pudding, fruits... I do so much better when I'm Prepared and have things available.

BAH....hate this time of day

ate the burger no bun w/onions and ketchup and WAY too many saltines.  Why saltines??  Yea, I dunno.  I started mnching on them while waiting for the burger to cook like I couldn't wait the 5 minutes to just eat that.  And then, after the stressful call from Big Guy's school.....a handful or Necco wafers.  So yea.......anyway..

OK< good, your seeing what time of day is a problem, and what is available.  need to get something for you.  always hard when you buy things for the family.   try to get things good for all of you...YOur the boss and the one buying the stuff remember??? do you need suggestions for things to buy, and snack on??

added up my calories and I'm pretty much done for the day and it's......2:20.  UGH.  Damn crackers.  Now....normally I would get that "well I already screwed up today so I might as well eat what I want and try again tomorrow" but I'm trying not to think that way and instead am thinking I made a mistake but the rest of the day doesn't have to be affected.  We're having spaghetti squash for dinner so that;s not bad.  Rolls for the others not me, perhaps the salad I should have had at lunch.

I have healthy choices around but they never win out the argument in my head....no what I mean?  The family eats fairly healthy in general.  The candy is from the inlaws visiting and making gingerbread houses with the boys.  I threw away three half empty frosting containers knowing I would eat that, and the gumdrops, and something else but saved a few things for the kids.  I need to say that again, FOR THE KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make the damn gingerbread and give the rest away.... don't hang on to it.  I know what you mean,I got into Frito's last night.  Isn't it aweful how our brain works????  we need to fix that too,  its not the band.... we need to make it work.  its not gonna do it all by itself.  I'm going crazy on Almonds right now....I made 3 batches of cookies and didnt' have "ONe"  (did have a bite or two tho)  packaged them up ASAP.  I don't trust myself, so need to fix that problem.

I was craving a hot drink and not tea so hot cocoa came to mind but I was good and had the diet stuff.  I put a few drops of peppermint extract in and it wasnt too bad!  Now I'm done until dinner excep****er.
