Greatful

So, I have been communicating back and forth with my insurance company via email and I have to say they have been EXTREMELY helpful.  They always get back to me within 24 hrs and actually give me the info i need/want.  They gave me the poilcy and told me if approved they would cover 100% of the cost.  I am so greatful to have insurance and to be able to work with such nice people.

That's great that your insurance company is so responsive!  So many aren't these days!
