you know i am so agains****ching carbs! I eat carbs all the time! I just make sure they are whole grains, absolutley no white refined carbs except and a little white rice with sushi!

I typically watch my carbs too but I find they are pretty high. I think it's because I eat/drink a lot of dairy so the numbers look kinda weird!  I stay away from all the white/refined carbs too.

Looks good to me!!! I love the daily plate too. I used to track everything, I don't anymore.  Not sure why I stopped.
