hit the road early, finished all my socks.  All I have left to do is groceries and cook for xmas Eve and I"m done.  went to ww and lost 1/2 a lb. WOW.......plan for today, probalby won't be good, but what's new

I'd take the 1/2 pound!  Better than gaining right?

I've been to work and then DH took me to get something for Christmas!  (I told him I didn't want or need anything, but he insisted, so at least I got something that I will actually use!)

Food has been kinda sketchy today....not all good choices!  oh well!

B:  2c ff milk, jupiter sammie
S:  pb filled pretzels (2 servings over the course of the morning!....not good!)
L:  1/2 slice of little ceasar's pizza, a couple more pb filled pretzels
S:  chocolate pb2 on wasa, small cookie dh made
D:  ?

Tomorrow is a another day, right?

Let's see, got up and had my usual skim milk while I wait for my coffee to brew. Then a couple cups of coffee and another glass of skim milk while I made sugar cookie dough.  Went to make fudge and realized I had thrown away the only pot I had big enough.... Had a protein shake. Went to town to buy a pot, look at proofs of my DH's Christmas present (doesn't any body listen any more??) then drove to Bath to pick up DSD (step daughter).  Stopped and got a latte light and a wake up wrap for lunch.  Headed home, picked up some groceries and then we made: sugar cookies, two kinds of chex mix, and both chocolate and chocolate/peanut butter fudge. I ate a cookie, some dough and tried the fudge.... Then I had a chicken tostada and so far two vodka/diet cranberries.  Getting ready for a third and then probably some almonds/cheese stick and bed. Phew!  This no working thing is tiring.  I'm gonna have to go back to work to get some rest!
