YOur right Kelly, scale back up today. was down 3 yesterday and up 2 today. I"m ready to cut off some fat. I hate going to weigh****chers and getting that "Bad Girl" look. I'm doing liquids again today, I NEED that scale to be lower and not up when I go tomorrow. Like I said, I would like to be in the 180's by march. (Perferably 180, but hell, i'd take 189 at this point. so plan for today:

D: Protein shake

TREAT: 100 cal bag of popcorn

Good luck, water weight is so hard. I didn't do great yesterday and was up 1.5 this AM. Argh. Down, down, down I say!!!!!!!!! I wanted to walk this AM but 10 degrees deterred me LOL. I'm spending my morning cleaning the kitchen thoroughly and then my afternoon is crazy with kid activities so hopefully that will burn some calories and keep me from munching crap.
