popcorn??
I would check with your program, but I seem to remember the dietician saying not a good idea. I didn't even try it until about a year out. And even then, I didn't feel great even then. Even though popcorn is healthy, they promote protein snacking. I know we can't be perfect all of the time though. So I don't think once in a while will hurt. I think it is still way to early for you though.
