well I did great on the liquid diet. and dropped 3 lbs. in one day.... wow!!  I should do that once a week.  anyway, today: gotta get mlm off to work, clean house, paperwork, then home inspection at 3:00.  Yak!  i also plan on doing my dvd tape this morning. want to get in 30 mins. of exercise. Pray for me. food plan:

B:  2 Coffees, roll up with: whole grain fahita, honey mustard, pickle, lettuce, sl cheese, turkey, onion
L:  3 egg bites
S;  Popcorn
D:  Made some turkey cretons but not sure how i'll eat them yet

WOW maybe that is what I need to do.  I have been grazing and snacking way too much.  This time of year is really hard

I was surprised I was able to do it too.  I did although alow myself my Jello surprise and one 100 cal bag of popcorn.  the protein shake I made  was yummy too w/ pb2 and strawberries.  now If I could just get myself motivated to do my dvd right now...

Woke up this am with ANOTHER migraine.  Same one I went to bed with.  So I took ibuprofen, I know I'm not supposed to but I didn't have any migraine medicine left and the pharmacy was not open yet.  I went back to bed until 7 am and then went to the pharmacy and got me some meds!  Three damn days in a row, whats up with that?

Cheryl, way to go on your liquid diet, don't be surprised though if you are up a pound or two tomorrow am, water weight comes and goes easily.  You should do it the day BEFORE you weigh in!!

PreB: skim milk and ibuprofen...
B: coffee
    then a scr egg and 1/2 a sausage patty
S: coffee
L: ? not sure, probably a protein shake
S: a spinach/ham egg bite
D: salad and some meat, haven't decided yet
LNS: popcorn?

yea, I figured that, so I'm trying to be really good today too (not liquids), I should make some of those bites too, good idea, thanks.  I'm actually have a hard time getting my breakfast sandwich down,  I think all the liquid tightened my band up some.  which isn't a bad thing.  good idea on doing the liquids the day before weigh in. hehe


are your migraines caffine related??

I think the migraines are mostly hormone related, but caffeine can affect them too.  I have been drinking a little more coffee than usual, I probably should cut it back.

You have more will power than I do!  Congrats!

I stayed away from the eclairs today (mostly because they were ALL gone....kids got to them!  YIPPEE!!!!)  BTW...I NEVER did get sick last night...bummer!  It would have served me right if I had!

I did better today with the eats, but I'm willing to bet the scale will be higher in the morning...oh well!

B:  2c ff milk, jupiter sammie
S:  pb2 on wasa, 1 sf mini reeses pb cup
L:  protein bar
S; light lay's chips
D:  chicken and veggies
S:  only 8 and a handful of fritos

Hope I can stay on track again tomorrow!
