Finally

The other day was a false alarm but today my grandson was born. He arrived at 9:30 this morning weighing in at 8lb 3oz and 21" long. He is adorable as all newborns are but he is extra special.

Update:

I did a lot of walking today with no problems.  I got a little winded from walking fast but I recovered with no problem.  I am feeling great.  Will have a weigh in at my PCP's office on Friday. Will update my ticker then. I'm sure I am at the point where I can buy a scale for home as I am not over the weight for scales anymore. I definately need to get more exercise in. I think that is part of the reason for my stall in losing.  My confidence has grown and I am feeling good overall.

Congratulations Grandma!!  Way to go with the walking and positive attitude.  Sounds like you are on the right track!
