Today's challenge

so I got going early today, drove into town for bring MLM and met my sister for mall walk, we walked  for 35 mins.  Kinda hurt my knee yesterday so went slow but it felt ok.  then I went tanning, came home and chopped ice for about  20 mins.  now.  I need to get some house work done.  I also decided i'm goign to do a day of liquids today. I really need to get back on track for Weigh****chers.  I only have 2 months to get down 15 lbs. and if I dont get serious it won't happen.  so to get back to my low weight at WW by friday I need to do liquids today.  here is my plan:

B:  Coffee
L:  jello, protein shake
S:  Jello
D:  ?

55 mins of exercise, and water water water

I wish I could send you a few isopures over the internet, that would up your protein and add very little calories! 

Well, I must still be recuperating from surgery because I slept until 10am!  I never do that (well not since I had RNY).  I've lost 10 pounds in the last week and a half, gotta wonder if it was the birth control pills they had me on that was slowing my weight loss so much. And that 10 is on top of the eight I gained and lost in the hospital! 

PreB: skim milk (with migraine medicine, day two)
Now: coffee
B: ? not sure, probably a protein shake since it's so late
L: some protein infused homemade corn chowder
S: ? usu nothing
D: leftover pork chop and veggie
LNS: almonds and/or cheese stick

It's so much easier to eat right when I'm home.  I find I eat way less than when I have to go to work. They have me out on disability until January 25th, but I know I won't need that long. I am thinking after the holidays I can go back without any problem.

L - 1/4 c  Chicken Salad (chicken, ff mayo, grapes, raisins, celery, apples)

S- Cottage Cheese and 2 olives

D-  Impossible Cheeseburger pie made with Carbquick

I'm going to work out on the treadmill and then do some toning after school.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE......DO NOT DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!
First..........my excuses:   I am in the midst of the TOM from "hell" (cramping like crazy, tmi, but bleeding like a "stuck pig", and feeling like crap), just recovering from having my tooth pulled last Friday...ouch! AND still battling with the pain in my side.  I KNOW these are NOT legitimate excuses, but when you see what I ate today, please don't "flame" me!  I've been bad!  I'm owning it and tomorrow WILL be better!  (I just hope I dump from what I just ate!  It would teach me a lesson!

I started out ok:
b:  2c ff milk, jupiter sammie
S: 4-5 pretzels filled with pb
S2:  pb2 on wasa
L:  1/2c fage with a few blueberries and 1/2 serving of hilo cereal

NOW....this is where it gets BAD!
S1:  light lays chips........like 2 servings of them, followed by 2 chewy chips ahoy cookies!
S2:  protein bar!
D:  scallop stir fry (why the heck am I STILL hungry after those snacks!  sheeeshhh!!!!!!!!)
evening snack (already!!!!):  2 more chewy chips ahoy cookies AND an entenmann's eclair!  OIIYYY!!!!!!!!   I am sitting here waiting to get sick!  BTW...........It had been over 2 years since I had had an eclair and you know what...........THEY ARE STILL FREAKING GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry!  PLEASE!!!!!!    Don't follow my poor example today!   I am just posting this so you know that not every day is a good day in this house!   I think I am going to bed early so I'll stop eating!   YIKES!!!!!!!!!!

ok, I read this, and you want to know what I said???  I said "It's about freakin time"... You have done soooo well, you are a little 119 lb. peanut.  You exercise like I dream about.  You journal, do support groups, are the best support here on OH and ya, "SO WHAT"  so you had a bad day.  I"ve had 2 years of being bad.  you deserve a day of pms and stress.  and another thing,  I KNOW, you will be back on the running track, and journaling tomorrow.  there will be a day when you have these days and you just need to accept them and move on.  YOUR MAINTAINING REMEMBER.  give yourself a break.  ok, go to bed, i'm goign too, cause as I said i'm going to chew on something and not quite sure my teeth can handle it.

Didn't do so well today myself

B: slim fast
S: 1 slice banana bread
S2:1T PB
L: hamburger (no bun)
S: frosted flakes w/ff milk
D: bagel w/cream cheese


I also ate some cake batter when I baked a cake for DP's work party.  Ugh.  Carbs anyone?

Yeah, my day went to hell too.  What I REALLY ended up eating/drinking is this:

B: coffee and protein shake
L: none
S: spinach/ham egg bite
D: 2 chicken wings and 2 oz. of pork and some peas
S: 3 vodkas (I'll try anything to get rid of migraines,BTW, it didn't work) w/diet cranberry juice
S: 2 cheese sticks
S: almonds
S: another vodka w/diet lemonade (still didn't get rid of headache, but it made me go to sleep)

SO there, I have bad days too!
