so this is what i ate today and i guess iam getting more protein then thought i was i had the shake for breakfast 2 kisses for a snack, luna bar for lunch and 1/2 turkey sandwich for dinner.

You are still fairly early out and you'll see that it's easier to add more protein as you get further out.  I average over 100g of protein/day....easily, without any protein shakes.  (I also average A LOT more calories than you too!!)

Sounds like a 3 month out diet.  I can eat a lot more than that now at 1+ years out.

Where's the fruit and veggies????

I know!!! I eat lots of fruits and veggies just not on that day!!!! weird

I now eat a salad almost every day, a big one.  I eat it before my protein which I know is against the rules but if I don't I can't get my fruit/veggies in.  I make my own salad dressing with greek yogurt instead of sour cream and add a little low fat cheese.  Then I eat my protein after.  It works for me, plus it keeps things moving if you know what I mean! The rest looks great, you are doing about what I did at that stage, minus the kisses...  I still only eat dark chocolate on occasion now.

I dont eat chocolate daily! in fact that was the first time i ate chocolate. my tummy felt weird and i havent had any since!!!!
