Time to Buckle down "Again"

ok, I was doing good, and slowly got off track again,  gainned a few lbs. back.  I need to buckle down and exercise and do my water again.  so here is my plan for today:  I've got an unevenful day planned, just clean house, laundry, shovel a little.  But I do plan on getting out my Leslie Sansone Walking tape out again.  I dont go out in the cold or into town to mall walk often enough so I need an alternative exercise.  Food Plan:

B:  2 coffees,  white egg, with cheese, rolled in a  fahita
S:  yogurt snacks, Popcorn
L: salad w/scallops and ff dressing

D:  Dumplings, chicken wing and cheese (Bad, BAd, Bad)
S: Jello

64 oz water  and minimum of 30 mins of exercise (shovel and DVD)........DONE

Even with my tooth being sore over the weekend (or, should I say, where my tooth WAS) I still managed to eat TOO much!  haha!  Yup!  Back on track for me today too!

B:  2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie with sausage (maple flavored...yup!)
L:  light wheat toast with chocolate pb2
D:  undecided
S:  I'm sure there will be some snacking going on at some point!

hahaha!   I was gonna ask Cheryl how her coffee tasted with turkey in it too.........just because I'm kinda sarcastic like that!  haha

Well I finally have taken off the eight pounds I put on in the hospital!  LOL  I woke up this morning with a migraine, which normally this would be the end of my TOM, so it makes sense but that will be hard to track now!

PreB: skim milk, percocet and imitrex....LOL
Now: Coffee
B: egg whites and 1/2 a english muffin
L: leftover corn chowder I made last night
S: probably a protein shake (helps with the healing)
D: leftover corn chowder...
LNS: diet hot cocoa w/whippage



20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.
