finger foods

Hi, I live in TX and am looking for something different to take to my inlaws for christmas eve... would like something that is not common in Texas, so i thought Id see if maybe some one from your forum had any ideas,,, Something that would be a typical party staple in ME!  Thanks!

Well, finger foods... hmmm....  My family is pretty plain, they make ham and egg salad sandwiches on those little breads or rolls.  Also, we take wraps and put cream cheese and ham and/or pickles/jalapenos in them roll them up and slice them thin like pinwheels.  Also I take chopped tomatoes and mix it with balsamic vinegar and small cubes of mozzarella and fill up basil leaves like little cups.  My family likes them.
