I'm glad you got your unfill and you're feeling better.  My food is a little off today because I stayed home sick from work and went to get my 6month bloodwork done.  Of course they forgot one vial so I had to go back and get stuck again :( but that's life.

B:  Protein bar
L:  Kashi Go Lean oatmeal w/milk
S:  sm banana (I haven't had a banana since surgery and they're my favorite fruit so I hope they don't give me issues)
D:  Lasagna and salad

 B- 1/4 c. yogurt, a handful of go lean crunch, a few raspberries and 1/2 scoop of unflavored unjury.

S- a mozz. cheese stick

L - Nectar "Carribean Cooler" protein drink -- It was yummy, tasted like a Pina Colada

S- 3 whole wheat multi grain crackers with melted cheese and a little guacamole

D- Homemade chili
