Wednesday Eats

I've been avoiding the scale for a while but got on today Not good.  I won't go into details but wow.  So back to tracking food and making me and my health a priority again. 

B: 3 egg white with laugh. cow light cheese and morningstar farm breakfast patty (157 calories, 21 gr. protein)

L: turkey (white meat) on salad (130 calories, 19gr. protein)
S: ??
D: something with turkey (LOL) and a veggie.
S:  SF popsicle?  SF jello??

Well let's see, first thing this am I had a job interview (which I am pretty sure I blew) then I just had a mammogram and then later of to the gyno!  Nothing like a fun, filled, packed day....LOL

Post workout: FF milk and unjury
Commute: coffee
B: wake up wrap
S: fruit leather
L: 1/2 chicken tostada I made (so yummy I'm trying not to eat the other half as we type this)
S: wasn't planning one but maybe a 1/2 a chix tostada LOL
D: ? not sure going to Barb's house and I think she's feeding me or salad
LNS: decaf/protein coffee


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

snack  banana
20 0z water and  a cup of coffee on bus
yeast roll   yogurt  lunch
20 oz water on bus
moose chili for supper  
snack tonite will be yogurt

L:  chicken on low carb tortilla and some Murray's sf cookies
S:  buffalo jerky
S2: PB filled pretzels (not bad at 140 cals,  no much protein though!)
D: stir fry
S: Only 8..........I was in desperate need of some comfort food! ha

Totals:  about 1300 cals, 139g protein

I guess I need to get into the habit of keeping track of what I am eating, now that I can actually eat again.  Also, Dr. Toder gave me permission to get back in the pool now that I am 2 weeks post op, so this morning I went to the Y.  It was wonderful!

B:  1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
L:  1 slice 96% fat free ham rolled up with 1 slice low fat american cheese.
      1 tsp mustard
D:  1 scrambled egg (but I could only eat half of it)
S:  8 oz. Isopure Plus
LNS:  2 Tbsp.  Smart Balance peanut butter.
 
total protein:  52 grams   total calories:  562

I need to get another protien snack in.  It is difficult to get used to eating again, especially since I never feel hungry.
