I did not exercise this am as DH wasn't home to push me... MY BAD! Tonight we are going to the movies to see A Christmas Carol, I just love Christmas movies.
Pre B: skim milk
Commute: Coffee
B: carbquick blueberry pancake w/no cal syrup
S: ham/spinach egg bite
L: salad w/ light ranch
S: probably nothing, seem not to need this anymore
D: leftover before the movie
LNS: decaf/protein coffee I'll sneak in to the movies!!

Today I had my 6 mo. NUT appt. and on Thursday I see Dr. Trieu. The appt. went well and she's worried that I might have problems stopping losing weight (I honestly think that won't be a problem, but we'll see). I say let's get me to goal and I'll find a way to maintain at that point. I've also got to work on eating more fruits and veggies - I try but I tend to run out of room. Let me know how A Christmas Carol is - that's one I'd like to see definitely.

Work is going well and it helps me be structured with eating, but fitting in workouts has been challenging. I'll figure out a schedule soon though. I'm looking at possibly getting a used treadmill which would definitely help! Have an awesome Tuesday everyone!

I am doing well, baby is healthy...I am 12 1/2 weeks along! So happy. I had been suffering from all day sickness from weeks 6-11ish but seems to be subsiding now.

I have not been going to the Y for two months now and it really is starting to show up on the scale. I hate it getting so dark early. I need to find a workout I can do at home. (and stick to it). I have only lost 3 pounds in a month!!! Not impressed. I realize I am close to gaol but was hoping to reach by January but don't think that is going to be happening.

Yeah, you totally need a workout buddy. When Nelson is home and says let's do it, I do it. But today he wasn't here and I didn't do it. I finally have lost another ten pounds since the conference, but I know without the exercise I never would have. I found something you can add to the Wii fit board and it raises it up to make step aerobics more challengin, I asked Santa for one for Christmas as I think that will be good to start off with after my surgery.
