Hope today is a better day
well, i won't go into details, but if the food wasn't tied down, I swallowed it yesterday, never got off my butt except bring MLM to his parents in town and go back and get him 2 hours later. DH, was sick, much better today except for annoying cough. he is actually golfing, can you imagine, Nov 29??? anyway, I'm back to actually journalling and counting points today. I"m boiling the Ham bones to make a soup for later. DH might need something warm when he gets home. I'm getting back on exercise track this week. going to register MLM at the Pineland Y tomorrow and swimming laps with him, Tues and Friday meeting friends to walk. so this is a start. might do some volunteer work on Thursday again at food bank, that was exercise in itself. we'll see. anyway:

Hey Cheryl, I went shopping yesterday and did pretty well food wise. I had a protein shake for breakfast and some coffee. THen at the mall I got a single serving of chicken with string beans at the Japanese place. I ate a few pieces of DH's orange chicken Yummy! Then got home and ate a giant salad (having trouble getting things moving...) but then I got hungry again, so I ate some leftover turkey, FF gravy, and some sausage stuffing (along with some ****tails a half an hour later)
Pre workout: carb countdown FF milk
B: was protein shake

S: carbquick pancake w/blueberries and zero cal syrup
L: forgot to eat (I was super busy)
D: pork loin and green beans
S:? not sure, maybe a decaf w/SF syrup or a skinny cow ice cream bar

Not such a good eating day again today! This not feeling well crap is for the birds! I'm SOOO tired of this pain in my side and it's gotten worse over the weekend! Sucks to be me right now! haha!
Anyways:

S: birthday cake (small, but still!!!!!)
L: protein bar and 4 bites of pizza crust
S: two guesses: 4 bites of birthday cake!!!!!! OIIYYYY!!!!
D: stir fry with scallops and some apple pie (REALLY not feeling good now! SSHHEESSHH!!!)
I think I'm heading to bed early!
