Survived my first 5K this AM. I power walked it and finished in 48 minutes. I was happy not to be last and to not come in on a stretcher :)

That is awesome. I ran the Gasping Gobbler in Augusta on Thanksgiving morning. It was so fun. I ran the whole thing in 27:04 mins. My goal was to run it in under 30mins and I did it. I have been running for a while now though. It was my first 5K. I want to do many more.
