The morning after!!!!!!!!!!

i paid for that sugar today   no my dumping didnt  go away  i just have to stay close to the  bathroom the day after.   so  it is not something i do very often.

i make my stuff with splenda but i was at a friends and they used sugar..

that is why i ate  only one piece  in small slivers.   I had soup and salad today and a half a turkey sandwich and not pie
