yooohoooo!!!  MONDAY...!!!!!   everyone is off to work, I've got a "touchiere" pie in oven for supper, (since the boys can't have it on Thanksgiving Dinner).  mama is treating them to a small tradition.  i'm making some cookies and decorating for DH xmas tree, I"ve been saying this for 3 days, and havn't done it yet.  I"ve been stuggling with my points for a week or so.  I'm fighting with the one stupid lb.  up and down.  I need to get serious.

food plan:

B:  Coffee  turkey sausage, w/sl cheese (just figured out the points on the turkey sausage (NOT) a good choice) won't buy that again.
L:  Salad,
S:  popcorn & Jello
D:  Shrimp, potato, salad

What kind of pie?

I am looking forward to Thursday, don't have to work that day! 

PreB: skim milk
B: wake up wrap
     coffee
S: yogurt or fruit leather
L: broccolli cheese soup (beefed up with protein, and home made)
S: yogury or fruit leather
D: pork chop and veggies
LNS: probably some decaf coffee/protein concoction

I know it's officially Monday, but since I have a 3day workweek this week, I'm trying to convince myself it's Wednesday.  Unfortunately, it's not working.  I finally made my turkey day dinner grocery list and will do the shopping tomorrow after work.  I'll probably start making a couple of pies too.

B:  Strawberry Chobani
S:  Honey Crisp apple with peanut butter
L:  Shrimp w/****tail sauce and mini babybel cheese
S:  roasted edamame and protein bar
S:  Starbucks Vanilla Latte
D:  Southwestern turkey mixture w/cheese
S:  multi grain crackers w/goat cheese

After my carbfest yesterday, I had to get back on track AGAIN today!  YIKES!!!!!!!  Also had my pelvic ultrasound this morning and had a dental appt this afternoon.   Just a TON of fun around here!  haha

B: late as I had to drink a bunch of water before the ultrasound, but I had 2 c ff milk, pb2 on wasa
S: the last of my carbquick chocolate chip cookies
L:  fage, blueberries, hilo cereal
S: none
D:  scallop stir fry
S: light lay potato chips and only 8
