ugggg!! another terrible night at the Diet. I had a few drinks, ate supper then ate 2 sm pieces of tourchier pie. went to bed at 7pm cause I was going to eat more. I was doing so well, I need a swiff kick. I need to go get weight on Friday morning and if i keep this up the scale will be up a few lbs. well, tuesday, is a new day, lets try again....I don't have much planned for today, laundry, hem pants, sew button, sew ripped pocket (for DS) , varnish cookies, p/u new script at Dr.'s, dont' have to drive intown, its right here in poland.

I don't know about anyone else, but this time of year is usually kinda stressful for me and I find myself eating crap that I shouldn't be eating. It's hard, but I know I need to get back on track. WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!
Today is work, paperwork, making some pies for Thanksgiving, trying to get some pictures printed out (from the family photo shoot on Sunday) and who knows what else! We'll see how it goes!

Yep, on Sunday we went to friends house for a party and it was the first time I have eaten/drinken together since surgery. Even my DH commented how MUCH I ate. So I have to watch that through the holidays because it showed on the scale this am when I got up at 4:15 to exercise....
Pre Workout: skim milk
B: 1/2 english muffin (almost) 2% cheese and an egg
S: click frappe
S2: fruit and greek yogurt
L: chili
S: probably a decaf on my way to Bangor
D: moose meat and veggie
LNS: not sure, may try to not have one since I will be heavy on the calories
I have my six month NUT appt. today with Tama. I am interested to see how much body fat I have now compared to before. My muscle ratio was high and they said at my six month I may see that my muscle ratio will probably drop, but with all the protein and exercise I am curious to see if it has.

I think this week is going to be very stressful and hard on most of us. This is my first big food holiday after surgery, but I'm cautiously optimistic. Tonight I'm planning on making 2 pumpkin pies and probably 1 apple pie. Then I'll make the other apple pie tomorrow. I'm bringing one of the pumpkin pies to work, so I'll probably have a little taste of it tomorrow.
