Well so far all I've managed is coffee and skim milk.  Today is off from exercise but I have plenty to do around the homestead, clean bathrooms, scrape and paint outside doorways so that will be my exercise.

B: probably an egg
L: not sure but I have some fresh crabmeat so....
D: going out to eat, salad and some steak (if it fits)
LNS: ?  probably a few ****tails and some almonds

I am going to start making my christimas cards tonight when we get home from dinner.  Looking forward to it. I love to scrapbook and craft stuff.

i'm really pissed off. we went to eat at TGIFriday's last night and they didnt' have a damn thing for me.  ALL fried.  I had a salad with Pecan chicken.  wasn't impressed, Especially when I looked up the Nutritional facts on line.  over 700 calrories and probably over 15 points.  oh, well... I gainned another lb this morning.  I need to do some serious water drinking today.  I bring MLM bowling this morning, and bring him to visit his parents.  My dad isn't doing well, and I really should visit him, but I hate bothering him, he really gets tired with company.  I might see how he doing and go visit him a little tomorrow.  I NEVER GO OVER OR CALL, I'M SUCH A BAD DD.  My Mom drives me nuts.  But I just need to do it and get over myself.  so, my food plan:

B:  Coffee 2, water
L:  seafood salad w/mayo, sl rf swiss cheese
S: popcorn/1, yogurt cherries/2, sl cheese/1, ww cookie/1
D: ?
S:  ?

When I went there I ordered salad and steak.  That is like my standard when I go out to eat now.  Last weekend I ordered some crabmeat/shrimp thing and what came was six shrimp swimming in grease.  So I wasnt' impressed either.

Hope you have a quick/nice visit with your dad.

I'm with you Cheryl!  They just don't have a whole ton of options that aren't high calorie or soaking in grease/fried!  It's REALLY hard to make good choices when eating out!  I usually try to check the menus online before going, if they have one on their website! (Not all places do, though!)  I think I'll just stay home and cook for myself that way I know what I'm getting!  Boring, but SAFER!  haha!

Today has been a weird day...lots of snacking!  NOT GOOD!
B: 2c ff milk, last jupiter sammie
S:  light pringles and 2 carbquik chocolate chip cookies
L:  salad with turkey breast
D:  ??
S:  only 8

I've taken a 5.5 mile Nordic walk today, so hopefully that will have burned off some of the carbs I've eaten!  haha!   Scale is heading in the wrong direction for me too, at least the past couple of days!  Oh well..............time to regroup..........AGAIN!  haha (Story of my life!)

Enjoy the sunshine and warm temps!
