nothing planned today, had fun at Food Bank last night. Meeing an old friend for coffee at Dunkin Donuts this morning. Might take the kids out for supper, not sure havn't heard back from them. But I"m not planning anything for supper so we might go just the same. Scale still up "NOT HAPPY" and its weekend. OH OH??? I have to take control before I get lost again.

It's really hard to plan when life happens. My scale is moving again, but that is only because my DH is working my butt off every day. Tommorrow is day seven and we get to take it off. Then we start on tape one all over again on Sunday. My MIL last night came over while we were working out and she told me I look like a teenager. That was pretty cool.

L: brought some homemade broccolli cheese soup, yum w/oyster crackers

D:? not sure didn't take anything out, but I think my uncle is bringing me some fresh crabmeat so I'm thinking crab cake and side salad
I made the broccolli cheese soup with potato to thicken it and I used some greek yogurt, LF cream of chicken soup, and some 2% cheeses so it has lots of protein in it.

Work has been SO busy for the past month. My internet at home is wonky so I haven't been on much.
Today I have taken a vacation day to babysit my grandchildren, ages 2 and 4 months. I'm at DD's house having a quiet moment now.
