I've been baaaaddddd !!!  dang.  I'm actually contemplating not getting weighed in tomorrow.  scale up one this week.  urggggg!!!!!  anyway, gotta stay away from the boooze.  i'm done painting the bathroom looks alot better now with decorations up.  when I do crafts, paint or creative projects I enjoy having a drink, NOT SURE why, but I think it has to do with having more "GUTS" to try new things, where as before the drink I would be tentative to take a chance.  OH WELL< It is what it is.  today, i stay home, relax, get some little things done around the house then when mLM comes home we go to "Goodshepard Food BanK" to do volunteer work.  from 3-6.  I think it will be fun.  and for a good cause and something for me to do and get me out of the house too.  he will do it twice a month for Community INclusion.  He wasn't doing enough, all his bowling, bringing him to dances, or games are not considered "Community Inclusion.  The state is weird.  anyway.  we will probably also be getting a box of food everytime we go, so I want to have him bring it to people we know who could use the food.  his parents, my DD, neighbor who lost his job.  it is good for him to do these things, he's so used to getting all the attention so it's important to show him there are other peole who need things too.  yak yak, sorry guys,  anyway, I also plan on getting in a walk today.  if I dont' go, you all need to make me feel very ashamed. ok?  Food Plans:

L:  Salad w/ham and cheese
S:  Yogurt covered Cherries (OMG, I found these at the bread store yesterday. 90 cal and YUMMY, 2 ww points)
D:  BLT (turkey bacon, ww bread)
S:  Jello surprise

Well I know what you mean. I was out of my element last night and got in to the booze too (bad day at work) and then I eat stuff I'm not supposed to!  Didn't exercise this am because DH had to go to work extra early so we are exercising as soon as I get home tonight.

B: skim milk then some carbquick blueberry pancakes w/zero cal syrup
     coffee
S: not sure?  maybe some fruit leather or yogurt
L: I have a cobb salad and light ranch dressing
S: again not sure, haven't been having one lately (maybe that's why I'm overeating at night???)
D: steak and veggie

We found out yesterday at our meeting that the company that is buying us is making us "re-apply" for our own jobs and that they do a complete background check.  I have a background (long story, I was young and dumb) so I am concerned I will lose my job now.  Let's hope not, there aren't any out there.

Iam sitting at home waiting for my little boy to get off the bus and then i have to get back to work. I didnt work out this morrning so i have to go tomorrow!

Well we had Thanksgiving at work today.  Next week is going to be really stressful for me I can tell.  I had a tiny bit of my favorites but I wanted more and it was kind of tough.  But I survived and didn't go overboard.

B:  Blueberry Chobani
S:  Click w/SF Raspberry syrup
S:  Mini Babybel
L:  Turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, carrots and squash (tiny bit of the veggies and stuffing)
S:  Protein Bar
D:  Buffalo Chicken spread on Multigrain crackers
