making this quick have to meet friends at Marden's at 9:00 for Augusta meeting today.  Its a home provider meeting, always soooo boring.  i'll be home by 1:00 and finish painting my bathroom.  so my food plan:

B:  Coffee  (Probably a few at meeting) should bring my own ff cream??
L:  yogurt/cherries, yummmmy
S: popcorn
D: ww ham sand, ff pringles, ww cake, handfull frozen fr fries... (OUch) not going down....
S:  Jello

Have fun at your meeting!  I am working, getting groceries, paperwork, homework, supper, maybe the gym!  Who knows?!?!?!   I'm just soooo tired!  Oh well.............another day!

I've REALLY got a plan today, don't I?   

Tomorrow is my follow up appt with surgeon and Friday is my appt with the gyn!  I am anxious for the  Friday appt!  I am SOOOO ready to get rid of this pain and get back to life!!!!!!!

I understand how frustrating it is to be in pain and no one can find anything.  I hope someone can get to the bottom of this.  Ruth maybe you need to be a "B" and be firm.  how long does it take to heal?? if it's just the healing process, if not, wth??

I did OK most of the day yesterday and then baked with the boys and ate ay tooooo much.  But, I woke up SO happy so screw the scale!  I'm happy for the first time in months!!  LOL.

B: tea
S:  nothing (I'll be at a friends and have nothing I can pack to bring really.....need to shop)
L:  Hmmm.......tomato soup?
S: WW cheese stick or yogurt?  or both?
D: something with steak.....stir fry?
S: trying to skip it but.....mandarin oranges if I need something sweet.

still at a stall no weight loss this week. went to the gym yesterday spent 45 min on the eliptical and worked delts with 5 pounds 3 sets of 10.

B: lean desert shake
L: 2T PB carrots and celery
S: luna bar
D: 1 turkey sausage and 2oz sweat potato
S: sugar free hot cocoa an 5 sugar free brownie bites(very small little brownies 2grams protein)

Well up at 4:15 this am to do an hour and a half of yoga.  Well what of it I COULD do anyway!  Then I went back to bed for an hour because I came in to work late for a late meeting tonight.  SHouldn't have gone back to bed, now I feel way tired.

Pre Workout: Water
Post Workout: water
Nap here
B: wake up wrap
     now having my coffee, finally
S: yogurt
L: chili
S: fruit leather
D: ? not sure forgot to take something out of the freezer....

Scales are still saying the same, I think I only lose about 3/4 of a pound a week these days.  Oh well, better than the other way.


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

Today was a pretty boring day.  Work and then some time with a friend this evening.  Tomorrow is "Thanksgiving" at work, so there's going to be tons of food.  This should be interesting.

B:  Strawberry Chobani w/Granola
S:  Mini Babybel and Protein bar
L:  Pintos & Cheese
S:  Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte
S:  Peanuts
D:  Buffalo chicken dip and some multi grain crackers.
