Yea, I"m sad today.  I guess I got a little ****y yesterday and had a little extra stuff, didn't drink my water and the scale was up 2 lb. this morning.  I normally am used to that, but I weigh in on Friday and don't normally drop those nasty lbs. that fast so I'm concerned I will gain this week.  I think I learned my lesson (THIS TIME) and am back on track today.  I'm very happy to be going for a hair cut and color today tho.  BOY, I really need it.  had to cancel a few weeks back when I was sick.  going to walmart to get a few new things for bathroom, little tanning. then home to paint a little more.  Hubby said He woud finish ceiling for me, my neck is not feeling so good.  FOr all those who don't know, and that's probably all of you.  (Cause I dont talk about it) I'm partially disabled because of my neck.  I continue to work and keep going, but my neck only lets me do certain things.  Painting ceilings is not one of them.  I"m so thankful I have the job I have and can stay home and still make good money.  today's food plan is:

Must be something in the weather because my scale was up today too!  I keep creeping up!  It's totally peeving me!  Oh well, back on track!!!!!!!!!

Well I know the feeling, mine was up today too and I've been killing myself working out.  Oh well.

Post work out: skim milk w/scoop of unjury
B: 1/2 high fiber english muffin, egg, and 2% cheese
Commute: coffee
S: yogurt
L: I have chili, but I think I really want salad so I may go to Hannaford's at lunch and get one
S: ? don't have anything planned I'll pick something up at Hannaford
D: leftover crockpot pork with veggies
S: not sure last night I had two squares of dark chocolate w/a handful of almonds.  Yummy

Tomorrow morning I have to get up at 4 am because the work out is 1 1/2 hours long.  I don't know about this....

Totally in the air, mine was up too.  THe chips and dip sicked me in and I polished it off (ugh).  I also ate 2! bowls of beef stew at dinner (what?).  So yea, back on track and I think I need to call and get a fill too.  Bah.
