Welcome to the emotional rollercoaster ride of life as a post-op!  Trust me....it's scary sometimes!    Your emotions will be ALL over the place for a while as all those hormones are released from your fat cells.  It's not fun, but take heart in knowing that it will pass, in time!  Just warn your family and friends!  (I warned DH, but he STILL doesn't get it! haha!)

As for being cold...........yup.......comes with the wonderful world of losing that insulation!  I wear layers ALL the time now!  Even in the summer!  It could be worse............I could be sweating my fool head off just sitting here, like I used to!!

And the butt/tailbone!  YIKES!  I feel like an old lady when I get up from certain chairs!  That tailbone is a KILLER!  I invested in a memory foam cushion with a ****yx cut out for my computer chair.  It doesn't help much, but it's better than nothing!  Thing is, I forget to bring it with me when I go places, so it doesn't help when I'm not home! DUH!

You are SO NORMAL, it's scary!   I feel for you!   We've gone through it or ARE going through it, so don't feel alone!

Hang in there!!!!!!!

Oh my gosh I feel your pain literally.  My tailbone is driving me nuts, there's certain positions I just can't sit in or it hurts so bad.  I also get cold now - it's from losing all that insulation.  Mood swings are a very normal thing around here too.  I warned everyone but they still don't understand.  I went on NuvaRing to help regulate my hormones and hopefully help tame my periods and also Celexa because I was/am dealing with some depression issues.  It's all VERY normal and you learn to deal one way or another.  Good luck!
