WEll, its 3:00 am, i'm  wide awake.  Today, is normal Football day around here.  So If I want/need anything done it needs to be done before 1:00.  so i'm hoping DH gets to dump and do some returnables and works on finishing calking tub.  I can't wait to get the bathroom done.  new paint and new trim/caulking done around the tub, it's been aweful. we've tried fixing it a few times and made it worse, we did lots of scraping yesterday and trying to seal it. (drips in cellar, bad)  I picked a really light sea foam green for the walls, my cabinets are off white so i'm going to wash and glaze them with Antique glase to make them look antique.  I'm looking for a nice new shower curtain, can't seem to find one I like.  so my food plans today are:

B:  Coffee  
L:  Chicken thigh w/sweet pot soup w/lentils  10:30 am
L #2:  same as Above 3:00
S:  Popcorn & Jello
D:  stir fries (egg Roll innards)
S:  ww cake w/sm milk

Well I can't sleep so here's my eats for the day:

B: tea
L:  ?  I have a lunch time photo shoot so will eat after....maybe pick up a salad on the way hom.
D:hamburger no bun, cucumbers w/a little low cal dressing.
S: babybel light cheese

L: a hanful of trail mix, carrot ginger soup and 2 crab rangoon
S: babybel light cheese
D: hamburger no bun, baked chips and light dip
S: more baked chips....ugh.

wow, you don't eat much, look at everything i'm eating, and all still in my weigh****cher's points range too.  I feel like a pig,  oink oink hehe, have a great phot osession.

I'll probably end up editing that later to add stuff in.,  I go through huge phases with hunger in relation to PMS, etc.  Right now I am in a not so hungry phase so I try to take advantage of that LOL.

Another early morning for me too!  It doesn't help that I fell asleep early last night and woke up around midnight!  I had a hard time going back to sleep after that!  Oh well!    Have fun with your bathroom Cheryl! 
Not sure what today will hold for me!  DD is off to the craft show to help the neighbor again.  They boys will be home around lunch time.  So, I guess I'll head to Church this morning and maybe hit the gym afterwards!  It's just TOO cold to go for a walk outside, but I haven't done a bit of exercise since Wednesday!  OIIYY!!! 

No real plans for the eats, but I KNOW I need to quit grazing............we'll see how that goes today!  ha!

B:  2c ff milk, I'm craving some oatmeal, but the carbs are pretty high, so I'll decide after my shower!
S:  trying to quit!
L:  thinking about some scallop, shirataki noodle combination......I need to come up with something!
D:  not sure yet

I getting up early to do some Turbo jam arobics in my living room!!



B:  1 kasha golean waffle and 6oz decaf coffee.
L: 2oz sweat potato and 3oz grilled pork loin.
S: apple and 1 T PB
D:1 egg 1 wrap with salsa
S: protein cocoa

Well yesterday DH worked me hard doing yard work, at 10:30 last night he woke me up.  I was sound asleep sitting upright on the couch.  SO FUNNY!  He said I wasn't snoring either... that's odd. 

This morning we started the P90X system.  HOLY ****!  I don't know if we're gonna be able to ever do all the stuff on there, but it's every day for 90 days (except I have surgery Dec 9th, so not for me).  Today's tape was 1:15, tommorrow's an hour and Tuesdays is an hour and a half... YIKES!

Different tape every day, then start back on tape one next Sunday. After four weeks you start a new set of tapes.

PreB: coffee/skim milk
B: blueberry carbquick pancakes w/zero calorie syrup
S: protein scoop/skim milk/and click scoop for after work out
L: something light (we're going to DD's for dinner and a few drinks)
D: ? not sure what she's cooking but for me it will be a few ounces of meat and some vegetables
S: none

Up at 4:30 tomorrow so we can workout, yikes I"m already sore from today.
