Great job on the 1.5 lbs. Cheryl!  That is really awesome.  Just keep doing what you're doing and those 1.5 lbs. will add up quickly.

I went to the gym today and I'm down 2lbs. today, but I've been stuck for a couple of weeks.  I was so amazed that I actually jogged my 20 minutes straight today with just a couple shor****er breaks.  I didn't think I could do it.  I'm still pushing to do the 5k on Thanksgiving morning.  Not doing too much today, maybe hang out with some friends later.  Hope everyone has a great weekend (even if the weather is gloomy).

S:  Pure protein bar
L:  Taco Bell Pintos & Cheese
S:  either Click or Starbucks
D:  not sure yet - depends on where I am
S:  cottage cheese w/pineapple
