P90X is an exercise routine that my DH bought, I watched the introductory video the other night and about crapped my pants! It looks too hard for me, but I'll try it.
Fruit Leather is an organic, no sugar added fruit rollup. I am trying to keep myself "regular..." and it has a serving of fruit in it but I feel like it's candy, ya' know?

Well I made it through a week of work. Yay! There's always food around though, and never anything healthy. I've done pretty good though about not grazing too much.

Didn't get to the gym tonight, planned to go to a class and found out it was cancelled. So I'll go in the morning and try to get a better schedule going next week.

Not so good for me again today! Dang PMS! Grazing city over here! Oh well! Life goes on! Will be a long weekend here! All the boys are gone camping and DD is helping out a neighbor at a craft show, so I am basically home alone for the weekend! Should be interesting! NOT!

I graze in the afternoon. It's when I start to run out of things to do, run out of motivation, get tired, etc. I read once that sometimes you feel hunger even though it's something completely diff. that your body needs like sleep. I think that's so true for me b/c when I can catch a quick nap I am much better.
