Gonna Be a Good Weekend-Friday eats!!

Good Morning, Looks like MLM will be staying home from work today, he has a bad sore throat and cough (Like I did) so, enough germs going around I'll do my part and keep him home.  I will miss my WW's class but they have one on Sat. morning so i'll do that one.  I could use another day to shed another lb. anyway.  my plans for this weekend are "TO FOCUS ON MY PLAN"  MY Goal for next Friday is to hit my low weight or lower. (2 lbs) so for right now, today, i'm going back to bed.  my food plan:

B: 2 Coffees
L: fahita pizza w/ turkey pepperroni (11:00)
S: Jello surprise & Popcorn, 2 oz chick breast, 1/2 s ww bread w/t PB, 1sl rf swiss cheese (bad time for me for grazeing from 2:00-6:00, )
D: Family Fahita pizza for all of us
S:  ww cake w/sm milk

all this eating and I still have one point left.  I LOVE weigh****chers

weigh in Sat. morning so need to be good on Friday night, this might help me with my goal for next week.

Got my scale moving again so I am happy!  I was up 10 pounds and now I'm only up 3!!!!  Woooo!!!  A lot was water but I'll take it.

D: pork chop and butternut squash
S: pineapple

I've been walking every day so hopefully I'll get out for another one at some point but DP is going out with friends tonight so I'd have to bring the kids.

Your meal plan made me think of a recipe.  Take boneless pork chops and put them in tin foil  covered with a couple slices of green pepper and pineapple and some soy sauce. Then grill them or bake them.  They are very yummy, I don't like green pepper so I pick it off after it is cooked.

We do this one called Hawaiin Skillet Chicken (I usually sub pork b/c it's cheaper).  Cut the meat into chunks, cook in a skillet, add a can of no sugar added crushed pineapple, 1/4 C brown sugar, soy sauce to taste and a tablesppon or two of flour to thicken.  Delicious.

you know, I have to tell you something.  first of all "Great Job".... good for you, i'm proud of you.  second, I watch alot of people on U-Tube and there is this girl (with Band) who had been having a hard time, was done in Mexico, had a hard time finding fills. blah blah,  anyway, she has been loosing and doing much better.  she made a vlog yesterday and she said, she has been walking 7 miles a day, "7"  holy ****  she said that is 90 mins a day.  90 ,  and she said she has to do it 7 days a week.  WTH??? what is my problem, I am home all day, bored to death and can't get off my ass.  Now that is dedication, good for her.  7 , 7, ???? holy crap.  I think i'm doing good if I do 2. oh, and BTW, she isn't a little girl, she is down 61 lbs. and is at 244??? so, i'm at 196 and can't do it.   OHhhhh, man, I suck!!

Everyone has their struggles Cheryl.  When I'm in a good routine I walk 5-6 times a week but only for 30-45 minutes a day.   It really does the trick though.  I have the gym membership to fall back on when the walking isn't cutting it but for now I'm just focusing on one thing at a time if you know what I mean.  She and I have basically the same stats, LOL, as of today I'm down 60 at 245.  Soooooo much of that was pre-surg though.  I feel like I was doing a lot better then for some reason. 

DO you have a dog?  That's usually my motivation to go out and walk......I know he needs it and behaves better when he gets it.

60 lbs is awesome. your doing great. i'm only down 40 and was there a year ago.  BUT, It's going down again and by March, I will be at 180.    I just need to start walking again. I do so good, and it drops off the face of the earth.

Good morning!  TGIF!!!!

Well, I did it! I exercised every morning this week. I did aerobics for 30 minutes four days and in the middle I did strength exercises for 20 minutes for a total of 140 minutes.  Woo Hoo!   I get plenty of regular exercise on the weekends so I don't worry too much about those but DH says we're starting the P90X on Sunday.  I'm a little scared....

PreB: coffee/skim milk/water
B: wake up wrap
    in a half an hour another coffee
S: fruit leather
L: chili
S: yogurt
D: ? not sure
S: it's Friday so a couple of vodkas and diet cranberry, each one has 61 calories not too bad

So I have been having issues with being "regular" so I added the chili w/beans and the fruit leather and yogurt yesterday and it worked.  Well along with some extra magnesium supplements.  I may have to increase my magesium every day to keep things moving.
